Trade Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all trade voucher purchases via this secure trade landing page. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to comply with the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

Vouchers are available exclusively to approved trade partners (tour operators and travel trade).

This landing page is private and must not be shared with the public or non-approved parties.

2. Voucher Types & Trade Discount

Standard voucher types include:

Adult

Child (5–17 years)

Senior

Family (2 adults + up to 3 children)

Trade vouchers are offered at a special trade discount for approved partners and are not for public use.

Prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable.

3. Purchase & Payment

Vouchers may be purchased via Secure trade landing page (credit card payment)

Vouchers are issued as printable PDFs and emailed within 24 hours of payment.

For urgent same-day requests, please contact our Front of House team.

All sales are final; vouchers are non-refundable.

 4. Voucher Validity

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Must be presented at the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery for entry.

To apply for a new voucher, please contact the Hundertwasser Art Centre. Please note that lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Use & Redemption

Redeemable only at the Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery.

Each voucher is valid for the number of people indicated (e.g., Family Voucher = 2 adults + 3 children).

Additional services (workshops, private tours, or group experiences) require separate booking and payment.

 6. Cancellation & Refunds

All voucher purchases are non-refundable.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

 7. Confidentiality & non-distribution

The trade landing page, voucher rates and content are confidential.

Approved trade partners must not share links, rates or voucher details with non-approved clients.

Breach of confidentiality may result in suspension or revocation of trade privileges.
