Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

  2. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in store or online.

  3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  4. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers, either online or in store.

  5. No change or refunds will be given for purchases made with a Gift Voucher.

  6. If you are unsure whether the full voucher amount will be spent in one transaction, we recommend purchasing multiple vouchers of lower value.

  7. Gift Voucher orders are emailed shortly after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email.

  8. Whangārei and New Zealand residents must show proof of residency to receive any resident discount on admission tickets.
