Terms and Conditions for the Hundertwasser Hidden Gems Photo Challenge

Eligibility:

●        The competition is open to all ticket holders to the Hundertwasser Art Centre during the promotional period.

●        Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.

●        Employees of the Hundertwasser Art Centre and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must:

●        Take a photo of their favourite detail inside the Hundertwasser Art Centre.

●        Share the photo on their Instagram or Facebook Stories.

●        Tag @hundertwasserartcentre and use the hashtag #HundertwasserHiddenGems.

●        Only entries posted on Instagram or Facebook Stories with the correct tag and hashtag will be eligible.

●        Multiple entries are allowed, but each photo must be unique.

Promotional Period:

●        The competition runs from 27 December 2024 to 13 February 2025.

●        The competition period may be extended at Hundertwasser Art Centre’s discretion.

●        Weekly entries close every Thursday at 11:59 PM NZT. Entries received after this time will be considered for the following week.

Winner Selection:

●        One winner will be randomly selected each week.

●        Winners will be chosen by Hundertwasser Art Centre staff and announced every Friday via the Hundertwasser Art Centre’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.

●        The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes:

●        Each weekly winner will receive a prize from the MuseumShop (up to the value of $100).

●        Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

●        If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize Collection:

●        Local winners are encouraged to collect their prizes in person. A photo of the winner may be taken during collection and shared on the Hundertwasser Art Centre’s social media accounts.

●        Winners outside Whangārei will have their prize posted to them.

●        Winners may be asked to provide a testimonial or review about their visit to the Centre.

●        We are only able to post prizes to people in New Zealand and Australia. Winners outside these countries can nominate a recipient in either New Zealand or Australia.

Content Usage:

●        By entering the competition, participants grant the Hundertwasser Art Centre permission to share and repost their submitted photos on the Centre’s social media channels, website, and promotional materials.

General:

●        By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

●        The Hundertwasser Art Centre reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

●        This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
